Let's find a path forward.
If you’re a person in recovery from addiction or other behavioral health concerns, and you thought life would feel easier by now, you’re not alone. Many people find that once the chaos settles, something unexpected happens—old trauma, grief, and anxiety begin to surface. You might feel on edge, disconnected, or stuck in survival mode, unsure how to fully relax or move forward. You’ve worked hard to build stability, yet part of you still feels weighed down by the past.
This stage can feel confusing and discouraging, but it’s also a natural part of deeper healing. When life slows down, your mind and body often begin asking for attention in new ways. Therapy can be a space to gently process what’s been carried for so long—so you can feel more grounded, calmer, and more connected to yourself.
I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. I’m someone who brings honesty, warmth, and even a bit of humor into the work when it’s helpful. I became a therapist because I’ve walked my own path of healing, and I truly believe in the gifts therapy has to offer.
In our work together, I integrate EMDR, parts work, and cognitive-behavioral therapy to help you understand where your emotions, beliefs, and patterns come from. We’ll explore the parts of you that have been trying to cope, protect, or survive—and approach them with curiosity and compassion rather than criticism.
We’ll start by getting to know your story and what matters most to you. From there, we’ll make sense of how you got here while also focusing on practical steps forward. We’ll find a path toward more freedom, peace, and joy — toward a life that that feels authentic and truly yours.
